Keith Mintzer, Co-Founder and Managing Partner
Keith Mintzer is recognized as one of the most proactive and results-oriented sales leaders in the technology channel segment. His track record of developing sales organizations who in turn, rapidly increase revenue, spans over 25 years and forms the foundation for his highly regarded “Process Selling: IT Solutions Sales Enablement” programs.
In 2003, Mr. Mintzer founded Technology Sales Resource Interactive (TSRI), which provided sales and channel enablement services to the IT channel working with HP, Shoretel, NetApp, Ingram Micro, Avnet generating 20,000 leads per year. Under Mr. Mintzer’s leadership, TSRI built a virtual call center which generated over one million outbound calls per year in the IT segment.
Barbara A. Higgins, Senior Partner and Creative Director
Barbara Higgins is an award-winning marketing professional with over 25 years of experience. After stints in two national management consulting firms specializing in marketing communication, she founded her own integrated marketing agency specializing in the B2B sector. It quickly ascended to the top echelon of firms and was named one of the fastest growing companies in the Atlanta region in the mid-’90s. She became part of the TSRM team in 2008, building and leading a deep bench of creative professionals in both traditional and digital marketing. She serves as the organization’s Senior Partner and Creative Director.
MJ Vautier, Client Success Director

Mirijean (MJ) Vautier joined TSRM team with over 15 years of professional experience in B2B marketing and operations, primarily in technology and the private banking industry. She has more than 10 years of experience as a vendor/client relations liaison, and six years of national sales teams training and support.
As a global vendor relations manager for a large global OEM company, she acted as a liaison between sales, marketing, and IT, advancing marketing opportunities and driving incremental ROI. Her responsibilities included timely campaign rollouts synchronizing with product launch dates worldwide, management of vendor funding, and campaign analytics. MJ’s diverse experience and skill set working both horizontally and vertically between departments allows her to serve as a necessary bridge for effective marketing and project campaign management. MJ earned her degree in Integrated Social Sciences from the University of Washington. On a personal level, MJ celebrates her Tahitian heritage through Te Fare O Tamatoa, a non-profit organization founded by her family to promote Tahitian culture through the teaching of traditional song and dance, and the curation of these teachings in the form of cultural exchanges, events and showcases.
David McClean, Telesales/Business Development Director
David McClean is a Sales Enablement Executive with 20 years of experience in planning, designing, developing, and applying technology-enabled business solutions to the Enterprise and SaaS markets. He is skilled in the development and execution of growth-oriented, profit-motivated business and product line strategies. David has direct experience with complex multi-level negotiations, multi-million-dollar deals, due diligence, and integration. In addition, he has extensive experience working with clients, colleagues, and business partners to design and implement innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
Triona Guidry, Senior Project Manager – FastStartGO!
Triona Guidry is a project manager and technology writer with decades of hands-on IT experience in enterprise, academic, and SMB environments. After an early career managing corporate help desks, she founded her own IT firm providing small business and consumer tech support. From there she pivoted to tech writing and IT marketing. Her articles have been featured in major publications and she is a longtime Chicago-area tech columnist. As FastStart’s Senior Project Manager, she uses her unique talents to coordinate the program from content creation to client success.
Tonya Turner has been a recruiter for 15+ years, successfully filling roles in executive leadership, IT, sales, and finance. She has built an impressive network of talented individuals by forging authentic, lasting relationships with people, a trait that has become a key component of her proprietary recruiting process. While recruiting, she makes certain that candidates are both highly qualified for the role and good cultural fits for the organization; this ensures both a smooth onboarding experience and satisfied employees and employers. Don’t let the quick smile and easy laugh fool you—she is dead serious when it comes to results.
Julie Lanthier, Finance Manager
With close to 20 years working with businesses across a variety of industries, Julie brings a holistic approach to financial management. Having spent many years working in operations management, HR and business process consulting before settling in the financial world, Julie now enjoys finding creative and efficient ways to decode and articulate a business’ financial health. When not working, she enjoys traveling, cooking, foraging and exploring the endlessly beautiful PNW with her dog, Rosie.
Mallary Beyer, Associate Digital Marketing Manager
Mallary Beyer has over eight years of experience strategizing and marketing products and services across a variety of brands from Goodwill to Dave’s Coffee. She is a certified project manager and lives in Charlotte, NC.
