Entry-Level IT Telesales Consultants
Part-Time | 100% Remote

TSRM Group is looking for part-time entry-level IT telesales consultants for one of our key clients. No direct IT experience is required. If you have the skills we seek, we will teach you the rest. This remote role has flexible hours—you set your own schedule.

Responsibilities

• Engage and qualify prospects to sign up for remote learning events.
• Manage calling lists within automated calling platform (call backs, RFIs, etc.).
• Email marketing assets/information to prospect.
• Provide feedback on campaigns during regular check-in meetings.
• Complete confirmation calling, as appropriate.
• Attend assigned training sessions (session times are set at mutually agreed upon time).

Basic Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good phone presence.
• Open to learning about IT infrastructure, networking, security, cloud and related subjects.
• Excellent listening skills with the ability to pivot conversation appropriately based upon the prospect’s feedback.
• Able to organize and manage daily routines independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Able to retain script information.
